Did you miss the much ballyhooed pickle pizza from the Minnesota State Fair? Get down with Ann Kim’s Perfect Pickle Pie instead — the Monday night special at Pizzeria Lola this week and a temporary addition to the Young Joni menu.

The slam dunk features pickles, mozzarella, fontina, smoked onions, chile, ranch dressing, Old Dutch potato chips, and dill and might just be our second favorite pickle pizza after the Quad Cities-style Kinda Big Dill pie from QC Pizza in Mahtomedi. (That ones swaps the ranch for a homemade garlic dill sauce, piles on the mozzarella, and goes berserk with smoky Canadian bacon.)
